Between the 15th and 18th of March, at Grand Hotel Napoca in Cluj Napoca, ABplus Events Company organizes the first edition of PROVINO  Wine – Art – Gastronomy Trade Fair.

Designed as an exhibition with a network of connected events that promote the culture of wine, art and gastronomy, PROVINO Trade Fair 2012 brings together specialists, wine industry entrepreneurs and the Hospitality segment representatives of Transilvania region.

PROVINO 2012 involves visitors in various areas of wine knowledge, trough workshops with a high level of interactivity conducted with the support of sommeliers, oenologists and authorized tasters

PROVINO Trade Fair takes place at Grand Hotel Napoca**** the largest hotel in the center of the city, located on Octavian Goga Street in Cluj Napoca. The hotel has the largest conference center in Transylvania, with a total capacity of 4,000 seats and the largest event hall in Transylvania.

To promote the culture of wine, simultaneous with   PROVINO Festival in Cluj-Napoca will be organized several special events:

HOSPITALITY DAY – the first day of the Festival is a day of closed circuit, dedicated exclusively Transylvanian hospitality representatives, specialists and public officials in the region.

COLLECTIVE  TASTINGS – tastings of 8 to 10 samples of wine headed by the OSR 2011 sommeliers and authorized tasters members of ADAR;

WINE SCHOOL - Wine School courses are addressed to managers, Sommeliers, restaurants and hostels Translivania waiters, and wine enthusiasts, who will learn how to appreciate good wine, but also techniques and association serving wine with food. HoReCa representatives receive customized courses.

PROVINO AMBASADORS – The PROVINO AMBASADORS will cross and visit the main hospitality locations of Cluj in order to share information about PROVINO 2012 Trade Fair and its schedule.

PROVINO ART STUDIO – Young artists will organize unconventional workshops during the PROVINO Trade Fair. The PROVINO painting, sculpture and graphics workshops will metamorphose the wine from the servant of the Muse of creation into work of art.

PROVINO NIGHTS IN CLUJ NAPOCA – After the trade fairs closing hour, PROVINO goes to town, in the most dashing bars, cafes and restaurants.
